SHARE OWNERSHIPEach share will own its respective percentage of the InvestRent Investors Limited Liability Series which will directly own the real estate. The series will be managed by InvestRent LLC and governed by terms in the Series LLC Agreement.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENTInvestRent LLC will manage all rent collections, repairs, and any other services required to properly maintain the property.
RENTAL INCOMERental income is collected monthly from tenants. After payment of all expenses and funding of maintenance reserve accounts, InvestRent LLC will distribute net income into investor's accounts.

Donald started his career in real estate development, working for two of the largest home-builders in the United States (Pulte Group and KB Home) as a Director/Manager responsible land acquisition, entitlements, planning, and development. During this time, he has managed over 50 residential housing projects totaling over 3000 homes.
Donald graduated from the University of California, San Diego with bachelor degrees in Economics and Urban Planning, and the University of Southern California with master's degrees in Business Administration and Real Estate Development. Donald is a certified real estate broker, licensed contractor, and notary public in the State of California.
Chief Operations Officer
Doug has spent the last decade in roles of operations manager, manufacturing / product / costing engineer, engineering manager and program manager in industries ranging from wood products and home building to medical device and pharmaceuticals. More recently, Doug has lead supplier quality consulting initiatives for companies such as Abbott, Medtronic Pfizer and Novartis.
Doug graduated from the University of British Columbia with a bachelor degree in Wood Products Processing and a master's degree from the University of Southern California in Business Administration with emphasis in finance and entrepreneurship. Doug also holds a six sigma green belt in lean manufacturing and is a certified real estate broker in the State of California.
Chief Technology Officer
Michael has worked as a computer consultant in Northern California for the last eight years serving the public and private sectors. He designed and maintained computer networks for dental and optometry offices and surgery centers, school districts and small technology and financial based companies. During the past three years he has worked with several start-up companies and serves as the Director of Technology on the Board for a non-profit that aids start-ups companies in Chico, CA.
Michael graduated from Cal State University, Chico with a bachelor degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Entrepreneurship and Project Management and a Minor in Managing for Sustainability.
Chief Financial Officer
Bonanza has worked in equity research for the past few years at major investment banks. His responsibilities have spanned the entire investment research process, with a focus on home-related retailers and consumer electronics.
Bonanza graduated from Yale University with a bachelor degree in Economics and holds the following securities licenses: Series 7 (General Securities Representative), 63 (Uniform Securities Agent), 86 (Research Analyst - Securities Analysis), and 87 (Research Analyst - Regulations).
Scott was the co-founder and CEO of Collegeboxes, the leading provider of shipping and storage services to college students, which he started as a college student and grew to serve over 50 universities and thousands of students each year. Collegeboxes was sold to a leader in the mobile storage industry in 2008.Scott current serves as the President of Infocore, a full service, global consumer and B2B Marketing Information Services company.
Scott graduated from Washington University in St, Louis with a degree in business.
